4 small trays: one red, purple, light green & orange. {$1.99} I bought two of these screwdriver/board sets from someone local at a early childhood conference.
New but NOT from Goodwill - Rainbow puzzle is from Etsy shop: Imagination Kids Love this unique stacking toy! I’d like to get the cloud & mountain stackers too.
I finally have a science tray
The purple one is my "water tray". It's a rule now that water must be available all day long to the kids & it always has been at my house, upon request, but this makes it very obvious that it's available and the kids can help themselves. {Except for the 2 year old who dumped the whole thing yesterday....} It also encourages kids to drink more water so it's a good thing.
globe {$3.99} – it’s lightweight/plastic but that’s ok with me
a really nice tabletop terrarium! {$3.99}
Plus I found a heavy weight vinyl covered pad for the changing table {$2.99} & the rolling table for my play kitchen project {$4.99}.
I haven’t found so much good stuff in a long time!
Do you shop at thrift stores? What have you found lately?

Wow you really did find some great things!! I LOVE thrift stores but right now I have to try and stay away from them. I love to refinish furniture so any solid wood pieces are fun for me to find. I love the kitchen idea....I was going to do the EXACT same thing but then my mom got the kids a kitchen. I can;t wait to see the finished product :)
ReplyDeleteBTW the kids are lucky to have you :)
ReplyDeletecan I come to your house and play? :) you sure have some fun stuff!
ReplyDeleteOH I love a frugal peer - I sometimes think I am the only one haunting goodwill and garage sales! LOL You should pop on over to my blog and see all my finds!

New to the blog. I run a home day care too, but don't get out to thrift shops much. With 2 under 2 of my own, everything is difficult! Looking forward to the day they can both walk and listen to instructions!!
